Kofax plc, the leading provider of document driven business process automation solutions, recently announced it will provide a document capture solution to a leading provider of health, long-term care and dental insurance products and services. The value of the contract to Kofax is over $200,000.

The insurer will implement Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules to capture data from approximately 600,000 CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms it receives annually. The resulting data and images will be exported into the company's Global 360 document management solution for further processing. The Kofax software will enable the insurer to reduce manual tasks, speed claims processing and improve efficiencies.
