Atlanta, GA – Holland Physician Hospital Organization of Holland, Michigan, has selected Wellcentive to help improve both clinical and financial outcomes for their member physicians.

Holland PHO recently received certification as an Organized System of Care (OSC) provider by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Much like an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), an OSC aligns payment and performance to improve the patient experience and manage costs.
